The site on Rendlesham Road located in the Borough of Hackney in the area of Stoke Newington was purchased in 2019 by Goldrose Sharpe for the purpose of re-development. Goldrose Sharpe was involved in obtaining full planning for a scheme of 9 spacious residential flats ranging from one, two and three bedrooms and a commercial unit on the ground floor. The scheme will be a new landmark building of high architectural design with high end residential units which Goldrose Sharpe has seen through to completion. This prime site has provided much needed quality living space in the heart of the community.

Due to the nature of the client’s job and their passion for interior design, the composition and design of the decking space was easy and Teckwood’s Class B fire rated Pyrodeck composite decking ticked all the boxes. A busy lifestyle meant they needed something low maintenance that would look beautiful all year round, something durable was a must have, therefore charcoal was the clear choice.
