Fire Safety Composite Decking for Balconies

Fire safety measures are being stipulated on balconies by building warranty providers and regulatory bodies. Teckwood has been mindful of these issues at the design stage and have developed a range of composite decking that can make a real difference.

Traditional timber decking is obviously a risk as it could be the starting point of a fire. By combining specialist fire rated chemicals into their extrusion powder Teckwood are able to provide two Class B fire rated composite decking boards, both boards also maximise drainage capability.
